Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Administrator to support project teams in planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting activities. The role assists in ensuring smooth project execution by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day project administration and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update project documentation, files, and records.
- Support project managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Track project progress and assist in preparing status reports.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and project reports.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and project-related documentation.
- Support procurement and purchase request processing when required.
- Ensure proper filing and version control of project documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
