Job Summary
An HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, attendance management, policy implementation, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit records.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations is preferred.
