- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain shop cleanliness and proper product display
- Achieve sales targets and support daily store operations
- Handle billing and basic cash transactions (if required)

- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely
- Previous retail/sales experience is an advantage
