Outlet Manager

Job Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, achievement of sales targets, and compliance with company standards. The role involves managing employees, controlling costs, maintaining inventory, and delivering a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor outlet cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff.
Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.

Sales & Financial Management

Monitor sales performance and work toward revenue targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Control labor costs and operating expenses.
Manage cash handling procedures and financial transactions.

Inventory & Procurement

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
Minimize wastage and control inventory costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing departments.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain quality standards for products and services.
Conduct regular inspections and corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in outlet, restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
