Job Summary
The Fresh Graduate Engineer supports engineering projects by assisting with design, planning, site supervision, technical documentation, and project coordination under the guidance of senior engineers. This entry-level role is intended to provide practical experience and professional development while building technical and project management skills. The position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals in accordance with organizational workforce development and nationalization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
- Support site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, technical documents, and project records.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients as required.
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues under the supervision of experienced engineers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update project records.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Saudi National (required).
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or eligibility for registration is preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD or discipline-specific design tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
- Combination of office-based work and site visits, depending on project requirements.

- Occasional travel to project sites within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
