Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
