Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect work such as excavation, concrete, masonry, steel fixing, formwork, and finishing.
- Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and HSE personnel.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (often preferred).
- Typically 3–7 years of experience in civil construction or industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.

- Ability to plan manpower and resources effectively.
