Job Title: Engineers (All Disciplines)
Job Description:
Engineers across various disciplines are responsible for planning, designing, executing, supervising, and maintaining engineering activities according to project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. The role involves providing technical support, solving engineering challenges, ensuring quality compliance, and contributing to the successful completion of projects within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering activities related to the assigned discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc.).
- Review project drawings, specifications, technical documents, and engineering standards.
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, designs, and technical documentation as required.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and engineering documents.
- Assist in troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.
- Maintain accurate engineering records and project documentation.
- Participate in meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related discipline).
- Professional engineering certification or relevant industry training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and project execution procedures.
