Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored products or service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance metrics for management.

- Experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, IT services, consulting, manufacturing, or other relevant industries, depending on the organization.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
