Job Description: Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline promotional activities, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Manage the organization's social media platforms and website content.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, health camps, promotional activities, and corporate outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and promotional materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or brand management.
- Freshers with relevant internships or strong marketing knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, education, or service industry marketing is an added advantage.
