HR / PRO Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR / PRO Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities along with government and public relations matters. The role will involve employee coordination, documentation, recruitment support, attendance and leave administration, labour-related compliance, and liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and provide required information to the finance/payroll team.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, notices, and other employee-related documents.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, and other welfare requirements where applicable.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
PRO / Government Relations
- Handle documentation and administrative procedures related to government authorities.
- Liaise with relevant government departments, labour authorities, immigration authorities, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies as required.
- Coordinate employee visa, work permit, residency, ID, licence, and related documentation where applicable.
- Ensure timely renewal and submission of official documents, permits, and registrations.
- Maintain records of government-related transactions, applications, approvals, and renewals.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with government offices and external authorities.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, and official correspondence.
- Stay updated on relevant labour, immigration, and government regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, PRO, personnel administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling government documentation and employee-related formalities is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR administration and labour-related procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driving licence is preferred, depending on job requirements.
