Job Description: HR Admin Assistant
Job Summary
The HR Admin Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Update and maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll input.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Perform general office administration and provide support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR administration or office administration (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
