Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Summary
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
