Job Description: Senior HR Executive
Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and employee engagement. The role supports business objectives by ensuring effective HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct HR orientation, induction programs, and training coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics for management review.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Support disciplinary procedures and exit management, including conducting exit interviews.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing and organizational development needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
