Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop business opportunities, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales performance, identifying new markets, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and performance objectives for the sales team.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and coach sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and potential revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and ensure effective follow-up of leads and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Track individual and team sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Participate in customer meetings, negotiations, presentations, and contract discussions.
- Develop and maintain pricing, quotation, and proposal strategies in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and sales information in CRM or other systems.
- Resolve customer concerns and support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term strategies for customer retention and account growth.
- Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and team performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the relevant industry or market is an advantage.
- Professional sales or management certification is an advantage.
