Position: Administrator
Job Summary:
The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office and project activities. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting management and project teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office and project operations.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, reports, and documents.
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure proper filing of project documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Support HR activities such as employee records, attendance tracking, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and administrative requirements.
- Assist with purchase requests, invoices, and basic procurement documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
- Support project teams with administrative requirements and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in administration or office support roles.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is preferred.
- Knowledge of office procedures and document management practices.

- Project Manager / Department Head (depending on organization structure)
Working Environment
- Primarily office-based with possible support for construction project sites.
- Requires coordination with multiple departments, project teams, clients, and external parties to ensure efficient administrative operations.
