Growth Manager — Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Growth Manager to drive sustainable business growth through customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue-generation initiatives. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, develop and execute data-driven strategies, optimize customer journeys, and work closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company revenue and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies across appropriate channels, including digital, partnerships, referrals, content, and campaigns.
- Optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, onboarding processes, and retention initiatives.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize growth campaigns and experiments.
- Develop and manage A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate new growth opportunities.
- Use data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaigns and processes.
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Work with product and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and retention.
- Develop customer segmentation and targeted strategies for different customer groups.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Monitor key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, retention, churn, and revenue.
- Prepare regular growth reports, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management.
- Manage growth budgets and allocate resources based on campaign and channel performance.
- Research new markets, customer segments, products, channels, and partnership opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful implementation of growth strategies.
- Continuously test new ideas, technologies, channels, and approaches to accelerate business growth.
- Ensure growth activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, digital marketing, sales, product growth, or a related role.
- Proven experience delivering measurable improvements in customer acquisition, conversion, retention, or revenue.
- Experience with data analysis, performance marketing, CRM, or customer analytics is preferred.
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, e-commerce, technology, healthcare, or other high-growth environment is an advantage.
Required Skills
