Job Description: Offset Printing Machine Helper
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Offset Printing Machine Helper to assist machine operators with daily printing operations. The candidate will support the operator in preparing materials, handling printed sheets, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Offset Printing Machine Operator during production.
- Load and arrange paper, printing materials, and other supplies.
- Assist with machine setup and preparation as instructed by the operator.
- Feed paper and collect printed sheets safely and efficiently.
- Check printed materials for basic quality issues such as smudging, misalignment, or damaged sheets.
- Stack, count, and organize printed materials properly.
- Assist with cleaning and routine maintenance of the printing machine.
- Keep the work area, machine, and production floor clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.
- Support the production team with other printing-related tasks when required.
- Report machine problems, material shortages, or quality issues to the operator or supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a printing press is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers who are willing to learn may also apply.
- Physically fit and able to handle paper and printing materials.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
