Position: Instrument Fitter / Instrument Tube Fitter

Job Responsibilities
- Carry out installation of field instruments and associated tubing systems.
- Install instrument tubing, fittings, supports, manifolds, and related components.
- Perform instrument tube routing, bending, cutting, and fitting according to drawings and specifications.
- Assist with installation and connection of field instruments.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, instrument drawings, loop drawings, and tubing layouts.
- Carry out tubing leak tests and ensure proper installation and connections.
- Assist Instrumentation Technicians during calibration, testing, loop checking, and commissioning activities.
- Support installation of control valves, analyzers, and other instrumentation equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of tubing and instrument installation issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the worksite.
- Follow project specifications, approved drawings, and HSE procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an Instrument Fitter / Instrument Tube Fitter.
- Hands-on experience in instrument tubing installation and fitting.
- Knowledge of tube bending, routing, fittings, manifolds, and supports.
- Ability to read P&IDs and instrumentation/tubing drawings.
- Experience working with field instrumentation is preferred.
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of industrial safety requirements.
