Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Landscape to manage and deliver multiple landscaping projects from mobilisation through execution, completion, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilisation through execution, completion, and handover.
- Develop project execution plans, programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project progress, costs, resources, timelines, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Manage material proposals, shop drawings, RFIs, inspections, approvals, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with Draftsmen and site teams to ensure timely drawing preparation, submission, and approval.
- Oversee procurement, material availability, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project quality, HSE requirements, and engineering practices.
- Identify and manage variations, claims, commercial issues, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project invoicing, payment certificates, final accounts, and collections.
- Lead progress meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor and site-team performance.
- Drive project close-out, handover, TOC, and O&M documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and specifications.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of landscaping project experience.
- Strong UAE landscaping/construction project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects from execution through final handover.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, commercial management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction and project management procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Indian nationals preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month.
