We are looking for confident, ambitious and sales-driven Property Consultants & Real Estate Agents to join our growing Secondary Market Team in Dubai.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle buying, selling and leasing transactions in Dubai's secondary property market.
- Generate and develop new client leads through networking and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial enquiry through completion.
- Maintain an updated client and property database.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about Dubai property market trends and regulations.
