Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand and support business growth within the real estate/property development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Coordinate digital, offline, promotional, and corporate marketing activities.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, media partners, and other vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Support property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Marketing Management.
- Real Estate / Property Developer experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
