Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media presence and create engaging digital content, preferably for the real estate/property development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and content calendars.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for real estate projects and campaigns.
- Write captions, posts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphics, and other creative requirements.
- Monitor engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing developments.
- Manage paid social media campaigns when required.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar position.
- Real Estate / Property Developer experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
