Job Description: IT Support Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
Salary Range: SAR 8,000 – SAR 12,000 per month (Depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for all internal IT inquiries, providing expert technical support to ensure our technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key part in maintaining our hardware and Microsoft environment, solving complex problems, and empowering our colleagues to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage and support the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Office Suite, Outlook, Teams), and Active Directory.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
- Set up new user accounts, workstations, and equipment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and procedures in the IT helpdesk system.
- Educate end-users on basic technical procedures and best practices.
- Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and a Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help and support others.
