About the Role
We are a leading company in the dynamic Food & Beverage industry, seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the Saudi market and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning & Business Partnership:
- Partner with department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support operational objectives.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, employee engagement) to guide decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop robust talent pipelines to meet the company's current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the employer branding strategy to attract top talent in the competitive F&B market.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the company’s performance appraisal system.
- Coach managers on effective performance feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and in accordance with company policy and local law.
Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance:
- Assist in the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and all relevant government authorities (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation as per legal requirements.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate development programs.
- Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Policy Management:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, leave management, and final settlements.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Market Knowledge: Proven and extensive experience working within the Saudi Arabian market is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Labor Law: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in applying the Saudi Labor Law.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
Preferred:
- A Master’s degree or MBA.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
