Position Overview
We are seeking two dynamic and results-oriented Buyers to join our team in Riyadh and Dammam. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing our end-to-end procurement activities, sourcing high-quality goods and services, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Your strategic approach to purchasing will be crucial in ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining supply chain continuity, and supporting our company's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key vendors.
- Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all company procedures are followed.
- Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of price trends, new products, and potential new suppliers.
- Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel to track purchases, analyze spending, manage supplier performance, and prepare regular procurement reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure procurement activities align with business needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a procurement or buying role.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and Word for creating reports and documents.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Age Range: 25 – 30 years old.
