Branch Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our premium beauty and wellness branches. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful retail or service-oriented environment. You will be the driving force behind your branch's performance, team morale, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, stock ordering, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of beauty and wellness professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to foster professional growth.
- Client Service Excellence: Ensure every client receives a five-star experience from the moment they walk in. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Sales & Financial Performance: Drive branch revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Implement strategies to promote services, retail products, and membership packages. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average spend, client retention, and service uptake.
- Scheduling & Administration: Create efficient staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Manage appointments, staff payroll hours, and other administrative tasks accurately.
- Brand Standards & Compliance: Uphold the company's brand image, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations at all times. Ensure the branch is always presented immaculately.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, sales reporting, and financial management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and booking software.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and peak hours as required.
