Nail Technician

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and meticulous Nail Technician to provide a wide array of high-quality nail services. The ideal candidate is an artist with a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to hygiene and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, healthy nails that make our clients feel confident and pampered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Provision: Perform a comprehensive range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylic/gel nail extensions, nail art, and nail repairs.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their desired nail style, shape, and length, providing professional advice on nail health and care.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization for all tools and equipment. Ensure the workstation is sanitized before and after each client.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the products used (brands, benefits, ingredients) and recommend retail products for at-home nail care.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, colors, and techniques to offer clients contemporary and stylish options.
- Inventory Management: Monitor nail supplies and products at your station and inform management when stock is low.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified from a recognized beauty institute or have completed a professional nail technology course.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expertise in various nail enhancement systems (e.g., acrylic, hard gel, dip powder) and intricate nail art.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a creative flair.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to nail services.
