* About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to oversee financial performance, monitor costs, and ensure profitability across our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control within the restaurant industry and a solid understanding of operational finance.
* Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across outlets.
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and cost reports to identify variances.
Implement effective cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Review and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and inventory movements.
Conduct regular audits of stock, wastage, and consumption.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi financial regulations.
Provide management with detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cost control within the restaurant or F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and restaurant management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
Familiarity with Saudi market operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
