Job Description:
We are hiring a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive growth. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from digital marketing and content creation to market research and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Content Creation & Social Media: Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), and marketing collateral. Manage the company’s social media presence and grow its online community.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- SEO/SEM: Work to improve the company's SEO ranking through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics (ROI, KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
