Customer Service Representative

💰 Salary: SAR 6,500 – 8,500

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company. You will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information, process requests, and resolve issues, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. Your goal is to build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
Order Processing: Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately in the company’s system.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a consistent and high-quality service standard.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1-2 years of proven experience in a customer support role.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
Fluency in English and Arabic is typically required.
