Head Hostess
Basic Salary: SAR 6,500 + Accommodation
Job Overview:
The Head Hostess is the team leader of the front door and reservation operations. This role is responsible for the entire host team's performance, managing complex seating logistics, and ensuring the guest journey begins flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and train all hostesses.
- Develop and manage the master seating plan for each service, optimizing capacity and service flow.
- Handle complex reservation requests, including large parties, VIPs, and special events, liaising with management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and issues at the front door.
- Analyze reservation trends and provide reports to management to aid in forecasting.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the hostess stand.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the guest arrival and seating experience.
- Step in to perform all hostess duties during peak times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Significant experience as a Hostess in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Expert-level knowledge of reservation systems and seating strategies.
- Diplomatic and assertive, with the ability to manage guest expectations effectively.
