Job Overview
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that all HR practices align with the company's business objectives while maintaining full compliance with Saudi Labor Law. You will lead, mentor, and manage the HR operations for a workforce of 50-100 employees.

- Experience:Â 8-10 years in progressive HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on people-related issues and organizational development.
- Drive talent management and succession planning processes.
HR Operations & Policy Management:
- Oversee all core HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and off-boarding.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, with a focus on critical roles within the AEC industry.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and legal manner.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance & Saudi Labor Law:
- Ensure 100% compliance with all aspects of the Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, and other relevant government authorities (e.g., Muqeem, Mudad).
- Manage the preparation and submission of all required governmental reports and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in local labor regulations and implement necessary changes.
Management of Diverse Workforce:
- Leverage strong experience in managing a multi-national team, understanding the nuances of different cultures and employment practices.
- Ensure HR practices are equitable and effectively support a diverse employee base.
Qualifications & Experience
- Nationality:Â Must be a Saudi National.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a significant advantage.
- Experience:Â 8-10 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record in an HR Manager role.
- Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) firms.
- Team Management:Â Demonstrated experience managing an HR function and supporting 50-100 employees.
