Construction Manager
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 17,000 SAR - 18,000 SAR
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards, particularly those mandated by Aramco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for Oil & Gas projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to Aramco standards and procedures.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of supervisors, engineers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any technical, operational, or contractual issues that arise.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working on Aramco projects in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
- Preferred Contractors Experience: Proven work experience with major EPC contractors such as L&T Hydrocarbon, Punj Lloyd, Shapoorji Pallonji, Kalpatharu, Saipem, Essar, or TATA Projects will be a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
