Aftermarket Sales Manager
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 10,000 SAR - 12,000 SAR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead our client's efforts in selling spare parts, repairs, and service contracts for centrifugal pumps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing aftermarket sales strategies and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket sales strategy for pump parts and services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the aftermarket sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and OEMs in the region.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the technical service and engineering teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in aftermarket sales, specifically for centrifugal pumps.
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Preferred OEM Experience: A strong background working with or selling for leading pump OEMs like Flowserve, Sulzer, KSB, or Grundfos is a significant advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
