Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment Spare Parts (Excavator Specialist)
Company: Al Sofi Group
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
Al Sofi Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Riyadh. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of heavy equipment spare parts, with a specialized emphasis on excavator components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, deep technical knowledge of excavator systems, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for heavy equipment spare parts, specifically for excavators.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including construction companies, equipment rental firms, and maintenance workshops.
- Technical Consultation: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of excavator parts (e.g., undercarriage, hydraulic systems, engines, attachments) to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare and present accurate price quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.

- Coordination: Liaise with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any customer service issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of excavator machinery, its components, and their applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant advantage.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license or be eligible to obtain one.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: SAR 3,500 per month (as stated, inclusive of food allowance).
- Additional Benefits: To be confirmed with the recruiter, but typically in KSA packages include:
- Accommodation or housing allowance
- Transportation allowance or company vehicle
- Medical insurance
- Annual round-trip air ticket
- End-of-service benefit
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week (as per common practice in the region).
Interview Process:
- Mode: Online Interview (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
Key Points for Potential Applicants:
- "Including Food": This typically means the SAR 3,500 is a consolidated amount. You must ask the recruiter about other standard benefits in Saudi Arabia, such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. A package without these can be challenging.
- Prepare for the Interview: Be ready to discuss your specific experience with excavator parts. Name brands you're familiar with (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo) and specific components you have sold.
- Ask Questions: During the interview, ask clarifying questions about:
- The detailed breakdown of the salary and benefits.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- The existing customer base and market territory.
- Career growth opportunities within Al Sofi Group.
