FMMA Agricultural/Landscaping Engineer

Role Summary: An implementation-focused role, likely standing for "Facility Management Managing Agent." This position is responsible for the hands-on management and supervision of agricultural and landscaping operations, ensuring the FM provider delivers services as per the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the Facilities Management service provider's landscaping and agricultural work.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Manage daily operational issues related to landscaping, irrigation, and horticulture.
Report on the performance of the FM provider.
Assist in the development of annual maintenance plans for landscaping assets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Certification: CFM, FMP, or PMP are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Middle East experience in facility management. 3 years in a "Facility Management Managing Agent" role is highly advantageous.
Salary: 10,000 SAR
