Senior Sales Manager - Furniture Dealer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales division for a premier Furniture Dealer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to secure large-scale contracts with government entities, corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and leading development projects. You will leverage your extensive network and deep understanding of the Saudi market to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target sectors (e.g., hospitality, corporate, residential, government).
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and tender submission to negotiation and contract closure.
- Prepare and present high-value proposals, quotations, and tenders for major furniture supply projects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of proven sales experience, with a significant portion within the furniture, furnishings, or construction supply industry in the GCC, specifically Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrable track record of closing high-value deals (multi-million SAR contracts).
- Extensive and active network of contacts within the KSA business community, particularly in real estate, hospitality, and government sectors.
- Strong understanding of the furniture tendering process for large projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
