📌 Job Description: Director of Food & Beverage

Location: The Olympia, Abu Dhabi

The Olympia, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead our exciting F&B journey from concept development through daily operational excellence. If you are a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader with strong pre-opening expertise, we invite you to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete F&B pre-opening process, including:
Concept creation and menu engineering
Brand and outlet positioning
Design, layout, OS&,E and equipment planning
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing F&B team to deliver elevated guest experiences.
Oversee daily operations across all dining outlets, bars, lounges, room service, and banqueting spaces.
Establish and maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Drive revenue strategies, cost control, and profitability while enhancing brand reputation.
Develop innovative food and beverage promotions aligned with market trends.
Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and international hospitality standards.
Collaborate closely with culinary, events, procurement, and marketing departments.
Champion a culture of creativity, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

8–12+ years of progressive leadership roles within luxury hospitality.
Proven pre-opening experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or lifestyle F&B brands.
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost optimization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
Passion for innovation, design, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
