📢 Hiring: Senior HR Specialist
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
💼 Experience: 7–8 years (UAE experience preferred)
💰 Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
- Employee relations, disciplinary actions & grievance handling
- Onboarding & offboarding, documentation & exit formalities
- Payroll coordination & attendance management
- Implementation and compliance of HR policies & procedures
- Employee benefits administration & leave management
- Handling ERP / HRMS systems and HR reporting
- Ensuring compliance with the UAE Labour Law
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Experience in ERP/HRMS is mandatory
