Sales Executive (Residential & Commercial)

Job Purpose:
To aggressively drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services within existing accounts for both residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) segments. This role focuses on selling Tanzifco Express's portfolio of services, including cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and other soft FM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential (compounds, villas, apartments) and commercial (offices, retail, banks, clinics) sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Conduct client needs assessments through meetings and site surveys.
- Prepare and present compelling service proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Property Managers, Facility Managers, Business Owners, Householders).
- Act as a liaison between the client and operations teams during onboarding.
- Market Intelligence:
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and potential new service offerings.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven B2B and/or B2C sales experience, preferably in service-based industries (Facilities Management, Hospitality, Home Services, or related).
- Strong hunter mentality with a documented track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into service solutions.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and possessing a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
