About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in the UAE market, capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles within a multi-company group. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple vacancies across our group of diversified companies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent (direct sourcing, database mining, networking, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality shortlist.
- Coordinate the interview process, manage candidate communication, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, coordinate pre-employment checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding handover.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years of solid recruitment experience, specifically within the UAE market.
- Consultancy Background: Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a recruitment consultancy/agency.
- Sector Experience: Must have proven experience recruiting for a group of companies or a diversified business (e.g., holding company with subsidiaries in different industries such as Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Technology, etc.).
- Process Skills: Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Workload Management: Proven ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Availability: Immediate joiner only. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered for this urgent requirement.
