We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our pest control services to commercial and corporate clients in Dubai. The role involves generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations to understand pest control needs and propose tailored service solutions.
- Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using a CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's pest control services, technical treatments, and industry standards.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth service handover and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements in the Dubai market.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations.
