📢 We’re Hiring: HSEQ Officer
We are seeking a committed and detail‑oriented HSEQ Officer to support and strengthen our Food safety, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Halal management systems. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, maintaining high operational standards, and promoting a strong safety, quality and sustainable culture across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Implement and monitor HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems
🔹 Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits
🔹 Support ISO standards (9001, 22001, 14001, 45001), Halal implementation and compliance
🔹 Lead incident investigations and prepare corrective/preventive action reports
🔹 Deliver HSEQ training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
🔹 Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and quality performance
🔹 Ensure documentation, reporting, and record‑keeping accuracy
Requirements:
✔ MSc/BSc Microbiology or Food Technology or related field
✔ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
✔ Min 5 years of experience in HSEQ (UAE experience preferred)
✔ NEBOSH / IOSH certifications mandatory
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
✔ Ability to engage teams, promote a safety‑first culture and innovation
✔ UAE Driving license mandatory
