Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervising staff during shifts to ensure smooth service, adherence to standards, and a superior guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff (waiters, hosts) during assigned shifts.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Manage seating arrangements and table turnover efficiently.
- Handle initial guest inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure side duties are completed and the dining area is pristine.
- Support cash handling and end-of-shift reporting.
- Lead by example in service standards and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in F&B.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
