Waiter / Waitress
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Head Waiter / Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary:
Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate table service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that encourages repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
- Serve orders promptly and according to service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests.
- Handle payments and ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
- Team player with good communication skills.
