Barista & 6. Head Barista
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
Job Summary (Barista): Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent service at the coffee station.
Job Summary (Head Barista): In addition to barista duties, lead the coffee program, train junior baristas, maintain equipment, and ensure consistent quality and innovation in beverages.
Key Responsibilities (for both):
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, pour-over, etc.) and other beverages.
- Maintain the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Provide friendly and engaging service.
- (Head Barista Specific): Develop new drink recipes, train staff on coffee techniques, manage inventory of coffee beans/supplies, and calibrate equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista. For Head Barista: 2+ years in a lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art.
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
- For Head Barista: Strong training and leadership skills.
