Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Kitchen Supervisor
Job Summary:
Ensure the kitchen and service areas are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with clean utensils, plates, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools.
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Manage garbage disposal and recycling.
- Ensure a constant supply of clean items for service.
- Assist with basic food prep and receiving supplies as needed.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
