Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional who can effectively support our diverse faculty and staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, administration, offboarding).
- Manage the recruitment process: post vacancies, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and university regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management, training, and development processes.
- Prepare HR documents, including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and university policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to visas, benefits, and attendance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Preference will be given to qualified female candidates as per the university's requirements.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):
- Academic background or prior work experience within a university or higher education setting.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
