Job Title:Â Senior AC Technician (High-Rise Specialist)

Long Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and certified AC Technician with specialized expertise in maintaining, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems within high-rise residential and commercial towers in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of all AC equipment, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMV) on a variety of AC systems, including split units, package units, and fan coil units (FCUs) located throughout high-rise towers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults in AC electrical and mechanical components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and control systems.
- Conduct chemical cleaning and overhauling of fan coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs).
- Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and evacuation in strict compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all service reports, maintenance logs, refrigerant usage, and inventory of parts.
- Coordinate with other trade technicians (electrical, plumbing) for integrated system repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with Dubai Civil Defence regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory:Â ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an AC Technician, specifically within high-rise buildings (40+ floors) in Dubai or the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigerant cycle, and electrical control circuits.
- Valid UAE driver's license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
